Hello,

I would like to request the following information:

1.) Locational map of all seabed quarry and reclamation projects in the Manila Bay as of July 2023 (e.g. area of the projects in Bataan, Cavite, Manila etc.) 

2.) Addendum to the first request: Ongoing and in the pipeline projects for Manila bay Seabed Quarrying

3.) List of all seabed quarry and reclamation projects in Manila Bay with project descriptions as of July 2023.

I refer to my letter of Jul 10, 2023 04:38:58 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Project Descriptions of all the reclamation and seabed quarry in Manila Bay.

In such a case, the FRO shall require the requesting party to clarify or indicate sufficiently her/his request before the request will be accepted for processing".
