I hope for your consideration. I am requesting for a copy of PRA's ECC and EIS issued by the DENR for its Seabed Quarry Project in San Nicolas Shoal, as well as the Government Seabed Quarry Permit issued by the MGB for the San Nicolas Shoal. Thank you.
