Requesting for a copy of PRA’s Board Resolution clarifying the President’s statements and/or stance on Reclamation Projects in Manila Bay.
May we also request for a copy of PRA Board Resolution No. 5070, Series of 2019 including corresponding Annexes (A-C, among others).
Request is being made to: 1) determine the government’s official stance on reclamation projects in Manila Bay especially those with awarded NTP and others currently in process of securing NTP; and 2) validate conditions and requirements setforth in Board Resolution No. 5070.

I refer to my letter of Mar 16, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request for PRA Board Resolution with Annexes. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jun 08, 2020.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
