Hi,
I would like to process my renewal of Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Good Standing online, but during my transaction there was a “RECORD MISMATCHED”. In this request, I would like to UPDATE MY PRC PROFILE ONLINE, I mistakenly not encoded my middle name during account creation. Can you please add my middle name on my PRC PROFILE ONLINE?

I also submitted a request to PRC-Gensan along the required documents, however, still the problem "RECORD MISMATCHED" exists.

I am hoping for your kind consideration on my request.
