Good day,
I am trying to renew my prc id online but i get a “record mismatched” popup. It seems my middle name’s letter N on my online account is missing a tilde (Ñ). I already emailed technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph a few days ago but I still haven’t received any reply. 

Respectfully asking for some assistance regarding this matter
