Hi PRC,

Nico Carlos, registered mechanical engineer (RME) by profession and an aspirant to be a professional mechanical engineer (PME).

I would to simply request PRBME Reso No.12 2019 and the Table of Specifications for Oral Examination/Technical Evaluation for the upgrading PME so I can prepare for my application for licensed upgrade from RME to PME.
