Hello ma'am/sir, I am Novie Ann F. Paplin and I would like to raise my concern about my birthdate. I accidentally mistyped it and it cannot be edited again. My correct birthdate is 11/18/1994 not 11/17/1994. I sent an email to technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph but still they have no response. This is my contact number and email address: 09386230223/noviannfp@gmail.com.
Please help so I can select already my transaction on my Leris account.
