I would like to change my registered address from the PRC records so I can match it with the delivery address I have on my ID. Their "technicalassistance@prc.gpv.ph" seems to be not working. Will you be able to help me?

Thank you for your action.
May I inform you that the link you provided does not actually cater to my raised concern. I've already tried it even before coming here on your platform. Redirecting me to that said link just put me in a position where I can no longer do anything regarding my need for "correcting" a previously entered data.
Should there be any other way to solve this problem that is of extra effort from your end will be much appreciated.
