Hi! I would like to ask or rather request if ever I could edit my birthdate entered during my online appointment for PRC ID renewal before I can proceed? I tried to email the technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph and the others but there is no response until now. My PRC ID will expire this February and I cant proceed for the online appointment because of birthdate mismatch. Im still waiting until now.
