Can a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering obtained from a Foreign Institution be considered in the application for the Civil Engineering Board Exam?
If yes, what specific type of document/s shall be presented?

Your Request

You asked for Civil Engineering Board Exam Requirements.

Response to Request

If you are a Filipino citizen, 
A. The basic documents to be submitted are:

a.) Transcript of records (TOR) with scanned picture and remarks “For Board Examination purposes only”.
b.) Birth Certificate from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) on Security Paper.
c.) Marriage Certificate from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) for married women.
d.) 4 pcs. passport size picture with complete name-tag in white background
e) Government Issued ID and/or any valid ID
f.) Documentary Stamps

If you graduated in a foreign institution, get a CHED equivalency and for evaluation of the Board.

 Foreigners will only be allowed to take the examinations if there is proof of reciprocity between the Philippines and the country of the foreigner. (Foreigners with dual citizenship or recognized Filipino citizen will be allowed to take the exam upon presentation of ID Certificate from the Bureau of Immigration and Certificate of Oath of Allegiance and Certificate of Dual Citizen/Certificate of Recognition as Filipino Citizen.)
