Hi,
I have tried renewing my PRC ID (Physican) online but received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" once Ive tried to update my records and can't proceed to have an appointment. Havent changed anything to my name. I already emailed technical assistance twice but no response. My liscence is due to expire on the 1st of May, and I need to renew asap. Please help! Thank you
