Hi,
I have tried to go an online appointment for my PRC ID authentication but received the RECORDS MISMATCHED note and I can't proceed further. Is it because I entered my birthdate as January 4, instead of January 3,1990. I already emailed technical assistance but no response. Are there anything I can do to change my mismatched Info.or is personal appearance without appointment on Ncr main branch is considered? Thank you
