I have tried looking at the PRC website https://www.prc.gov.ph/ but I could not find the data there.

Today I was contacted by one of the PRC staff, and she was able to direct me to where I can download the data from www.prc.gov.ph (which I was not able to find before).

I am satisfied with her assistance, and will download all the available PDF files myself.
