Hi Maam/Sir, I was doing an account for online renewal transaction last November 2, 2022 when the birthdate was mistyped. Instead of 11/17/1967 it appeared 11/17/1968 and I cannot edit it online. I emailed technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph and had filed a feedback at https://crms.prc.gov.ph/ with ticket 0OVIQCNA. But I never receive any respond yet. I am rushing this because my PRC needs to be renewed before November 17, 2022. Please help me of what to do about this matter. Thank you.
