Good afternoon Ma'am/Sir. May concern is po yung sa initial registration ko po na mishandled ko po and hindi ko po na review nung pag register, wala po akong na recorded o na encode na middle name and yung birthyear ko naman po mali. That time po kasi mahina yung signal and once ka lang po pala makaka gawa ng leris account sa PRC.

Middle name -- MALTO
Birthyear -- 1999

Last January 19, 2023 around between 2pm to 3pm nagbigay na po ako ng PSA and 2 valid id (photocopy) for the correction po sa Robinsons Mall Naga City PRC. Kaso po wala pa pong response o bago sa Leris account ko po. Thank you
