Hi! I would like to request to get access to my information regarding my PRC ID Renewal. I mistakenly  put incorrect Date of Birth and the PRC system reads "Record Mismatched"

I emailed the PRC also, and still no feedback from them since February 24, 2022.

Please send at prc.archivesandrecords2020@gmail.com a screenshot of your PRC ID, PSA copy of your birth certificate and the email address you registered in your PRC account for verification purposes.
