Hi,

I have tried renewing my PRC ID online but received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" and can't proceed to have an appointment. I incorrectly entered my year of birth to 1966 instead of 1962. I already emailed technical assistance, and also submit a ticket via crms.prc.gov.ph but no I haven't received any response. Are there anything that I can do to change my mismatched information or Is Personal appearance without appointment on PRC NCR Regional Office is considered? Thank you so much and God bless
