I recently passed the Special Professional Licensure Examination for Nurses in Saudi Arabia held last April 22-23, 2023. I applied online for the authentication of certification for board rating but it shows the record is mismatched.

I am an OFW, currently in Saudi Arabia now.  Wherein my name MA. KATHRINA VALDEZ PALMARAS has period after MA. it shows in my NOA that MA has no period on it, And my name in LERIS is the same as the PSA, whenever I requested certificates in LERIS it shows no record found or record mismtched. I contacted technical support but no response. I hope you can help me.
