Hi, 

I would like to know how do I proceed with my online transaction in PRC Renewal of ID. I keep having the record mismatch error. I have already corrected this error 3 years ago from my first renewal and apparently the issue still persists. My ID already expired and it is part of the required documents to be submitted in my work.
