Hi,
I would like to know the eligibility of international students to participate in national internship program for the post-graduate internship after their MD Program, 
are foreign nationals whose country's existing rules don't allow Filipino citizens to practice there eligible to take the Physician Licensure Exam. can they practice as a Physician in the Philippines if their country does not have such reciprocity with the Philippines?
