Hi,

I would like to get an updated List of allowable calculators for the Registered Mechanical Engineer Board Exam.

As of August 26, 2022, I cannot find any update on the listing from the PRC website regarding allowed calculators, even though there was a supposed memorandum that updates the ban for some calculators. I am hoping that there is an updated official list somewhere in case there are more calculators that are no longer allowed.

There is no updated List of Allowable Calculators as of 2022.
Base on the instructions item # 5.b for the Licensure Examination of Mechanical Engineers;" Calculators that can automatically carry out a sequence of operations under control of
a stored program, much like a computer and/or with audio-visual features, and/or
capable of external communication or internet connectivity fall under
PROGRAMMABLE CALCULATORS (Pursuant to Board Resolution No. 04 s. 2020)
specifically CASIO FX991ES and CASIO FX-991ES plus."
