Hi, PRC

Will be allowed to take the Licensure Exam for Teacher if the name o PSA Birth Certificate is incorrect? I was carrying the surname of my father until college and later found out that it was my mother's surname on the record, so I went to an attorney for the Certificate of Discrepancy. Provided with PSA and  Certificate of Discrepancy, can I take the exam?
