December 1, 2023 Dear Daniel Jazon, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Dec 01, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for List of CPA Board Passer for Year 2017 Top 11 to 20. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information, your requested data is not available. PRC could only provide the first until tenth Topnotchers which are already posted to the PRC website. This Commission follows the guidelines on the release of topnotchers in the professional licensure examinations as per PRC Resolution No. 2010-547 Series of 2010, to wit: “2. Only those examinees taking the examination for the first time in the same profession who garnered a general average of not less than eighty percent (80%) shall be included in the list of topnotchers to be released, indicating the rank of the first until the tenth highest general average…” We will send to your email the PRC Resolution No. 2010-547 Series of 2010 for your perusal.
