Hi! I was about to book an appointment to get my credentials in PRC for tomorrow, but my account is having a record mismatched even though my full name is the same with my PRC ID. I already send and email to to PRC BICOL REGION but they are not responding. What can I do about? It really stressing me out. Please help me
