I would like to request for information regarding:

1. Are job orders hired through manpower agency (institutional COS) entitled to receive COVID-19 Hazard Pay, under AO 43 par. 5 "WHEREAS, government employees occupying regular, contractual or casual positions, or those engaged through contract of service (COS), job order (JO) or other similar schemes..."?
