I, JENNIFER BERCERO RICAFRANCA serves as a request for the correction of mismatch of my date of birth on my leris account.
I'm trying to renew my prc id online but I get a record of birth date mismatched popup.Please help me to change my date of birth from July 29, 1985 to July 29, 1984 in your system. My active email is jenniferricafranca729@gmail.com.

I refer to my letter of Jul 07, 2022 01:59:49 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for PRC Date of Birth Mismatch.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly respond to our email last July 14, 2022 and provide us the following for verification purposes.
1. Scanned copy/photo of your other VALID ID aside from your PRC ID and PSA issued Certificate of Live Birth.
2. Registered PRC online email account.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Oct 07, 2022 06:10:36 AM, your request will be closed.
