Hi,

After I renewed my PRC ID dated March 10, 2022, I log-in prc online to get a transaction (certificate of passing) and received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" and can't proceed to have an appointment. I review my profile but I did not saw any difference from my NOA. Additionally I am single to this day. I already emailed technical assistance but no response. Are there anything that I can do to change my mismatched information or is Personal appearance without appointment on PRC  branch is considered? Please help me in this matter for I cannot make any transaction. Thank you so much.
