Hi!

I am an OFW from Dubai and I got an appointment for my renewal of PRC ID at RMC Professional on Dec. 7. Unfortunately, the authorization letter attested by Consulate here in Dubai was released only on Dec. 7 and it would take 1 week to send the document from Dubai to Philippines thus my representative couldn't go to the scheduled appointment. Here are my questions:

1. Can we still proceed with the renewal process even if my appointment has passed?

2. I read here on this website that RMC Professional office does not process license renewal, where can we go instead?

Your FOI request is approved. The answer to  your query:

1. Yes, you may still proceed or claim your request even if your appointment has passed as long as you already paid for the processing fee.

2. You may process your license renewal to PRC - NCR, Morayta, Sampaloc. Manila.
