This is Pia Loucel Llamoso, I would like to ask for help regarding my PRC account. I wasn't able to access my account due to mis information of the email used. I want to REGISTER again for my PRC ID RENEWAL & CERTIFICATION/AUTHENTICATION but I can't submit the file because I already have an existing account. Below is my registered account for your reference:

Is it possible for me to re-apply or register again even though I already have an existing account in PRC?
