Hi! I would like to request a change of data in my LERIS account. I accidentally registered Escaño as my surname; however, upon applying for license renewal, it resulted in a record mismatch. I checked my PRC ID and found out that it only shows Escano as my surname. Maybe the said spelling was used in my Notice of Admission before. I hope you can make changes in my LERIS account, so I can proceed with my license renewal.
