I tried to register for our Face to Face oathtaking for Fisheries Professional passers but upon proceeding, a sign saying "Record Mismatched" popup, I checked my account and noticed that I mistakingly entered QUINTN in my name instead of QUINTIN. I want my name to be fixed because our face to face oathtaking is fast approaching.
