Hi,

I have tried renewing my PRC ID online but received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" and can't proceed to have an appointment.  Is it because I entered just my middle initial instead of middle name.  I already emailed technical assistance from PRC but no response.  Are there anything that I do to change my mismatched information or is Personal appearance without appointment in PRC considered?  Here's my details:
