Hi,
I have tried renewing professional teacher PRC ID online but received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" note and I cannot proceed further. I have already checked and confirmed that I have keyed in the correct details based on the documents at hand.what will i do now?

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we were able to determine that you are not requesting for data/record or information and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. However, with regard to your question on what you are going to do with the record mismatched in your online profile, you may email the technical assistance of PRC at technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph or it is better to proceed directly to nearest PRC office.
