Good day,
I am trying to renew my prc id online but i get a notice that "account you entered does not exist, entered a valid email or create a new account". So I created new account however,  It seems that my middle name’s letter Ñ on my past online account has a tilde same in my printed id now which is i want to renew, can i still renew my id using new account without a tilde on my middle name?

Respectfully asking for some assistance regarding this matter
