Hi!
I tried renewing my PRC license online however it keeps saying that there is a record mismatched. "The first name and/or last name you entered is/are different from the detail/s as printed on your Notice of Admission for Initial Registration/ PIC for PIC renewal."

I haven't changed or modified anything on my name details except for the address which i inputed my current address.

I would really appreciate your help on this matter. Thank you!
