Hi! I would like to seek help in changing my wrong entry in an online application for authentication of my prc license and some documents.It was found out that their is a mismatched of Birthdate, instead of March 03,1993 must be corrected to March 30,1993. That is why I cannot proceed to the next transaction.I would like to ask some advices what am I going to do because I'm sending a lot of emails to the address they have given but still they are unresponsive to my concern.
