Hi,

I have tried getting slot online for online oathaking but received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" and can't proceed to have an appointment. My leris account is matched with my NOa  already emailed technical assistance but no response. Are there anything that I can do to change my mismatched information thru email ? Because I just moved here in Japan. Thank you so much.
