I have tried renewing my PRC ID (RRT) online but received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" and can't proceed to have an appointment. Is it because I entered my middle name "N/A" instead of leaving it blank. I already emailed technical assistance but no response. Hope you could help me. Thank you so much. Godbless.
