Good day!
I just want to inform you that I have had a problem with my LERIS account from PRC since last week. I've been trying to select a transaction and make an appointment for obtaining a STATEBOARD VERIFICATION but once I filled out the details and attempted to click the proceed button, there's a prompt that says "VALID ID NOT FOUND" and "RECORD MISMATCHED"
I already sent an email to technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph.
Hoping to get an immediate response as soon as possible. Thank you for your time!

I think the problem for mismatched is probably my middle name. My middle name is SERVAÑA and that is also what appears in my NOA registration.
The problem with my LERIS account is I registered using SERVANA instead of SERVAÑA. The letter N is the problem. How can I change that?
