Hi,

I'm getting a record mismatched notice when I tried to get a Certification of Rating which is one of the requirements for the stateboard application.
However, when I try to get a Certification of Good Standing and stateboard verification, I didn't get any mismatched notice.. I was able to renew my PRC license too without any problem.
I'm now confused why I have a record mismatched??
I did email technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph few days ago, but I didn't receive any answer from them yet.
I really need to file my stateboard application, I'm running out of time 😞😞
