You asked for Changing of Email in LERIS.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your request is not a valid FOI request. However, we had coordinated to the Technical Assistance and they already emailed you an instruction on September 7, 2022 with regards to your concern. If the issue is not yet resolved, kindly send us a signed letter requesting for the change of your email address from your previous inactive email address (indicate old email address) to your current active email address together with a Photo of your PRC ID and 1 VALID ID, so you would be able to use the PRC Online Forgot Password Facility and email validation. Please send it directly to technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph.
