Good Day. I am trying to renew my PRC license online but it says record mismatch whenever I try to put my license number. I have applied for a change of name due to marriage last year (2022) and my new surname has Ñ, I have also tried to make a new online account but the letter Ñ is not available so I just put the letter N, however, none of this worked and the word "mismatch" still keeps on appearing whenever I try to do renewal transaction. May I ask for your kind assistance regarding this matter because my PRC ID will be expiring this year 2023 and I need to renew as soon as possible. Thanks
