Good Afternoon,

I have tried renewing my PRC ID (PROFESSIONAL TEACHER) online but received the "RECORDS MISMATCHED" and can't proceed to have an appointment. Is it because I entered  my Middle Name TA AN instead TA-AN. I already emailed technical assistance but no response. Are there anything that I can do to change my mismatched information or is Personal appearance without appointment on PRC Pagadian branch is considered? Thank you so much.
