Hi! I would like to request for information regarding :

1. To my concern about the cancellation of my existing transaction with PRC ILOILO OFFICE. I wasn't able to finished my transaction due to the location of the office because I am from Region 4-A. I already emailed the technical assisstance many times but I have not received any response from them. Please help me with this matter. Thank you very much
