Good Day Sir/Madam:

Hi! I have tried to register and when the transaction time comes, it gave me a message "RECORD MISMATCHED". Then I go back in checking my PRC Profile I noticed that my Lastname was the one with problem since I forgot to give a space. I wrongfully typed DELOS REYES instead of DE LOS REYES. 

I hope you can help me fix this since the PRC Officials are leaving Romblon, Romblon tomorrow.

I hope I can get my new PRC Card before they leave,
