Hi! I would like to request for help getting my Prc Board Certificates or Lupon in the main office of PRC.

1.It is my requirement for apostille

Thank you for your request dated Jun 08, 2022 05:24:09 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

Both the PRC ID and the COR(board certificate) are usually issued after the oath-taking ceremonies.
NOTE: No COR and PIC shall be issued to any successful examinee or applicant admitted for registration without examination unless he/she submits proof of having taken the Oath of Professional.

In case you haven't received on the day of oath-taking ceremony , please claim personally at the PRC office/branch you originally selected when you set an appointment for initial registration.
