Hi  I would like to request for a copy of my Notice of Admission.

I'm an applicant for the upcoming Chemical Technician board examination. I regrettably lost my Notice of Admission, I would like to inquire if I could request to acquire a copy of my NOA. If it helps I have saved a picture of my NOA with the corresponding number (006702), but I lost my physical/hard copy. If it is feasible, where and how might I be able to procure it?

Yes, you may get another copy of your NOA if you haven't taken the exam yet. Just present an affidavit of loss and present it personally to the PRC office.
