Good day, Ma'am/Sir, 

May I request for my surname to be edited in the PRC portal. It should be AYANG-ANG, not AYANG ANG.  This happened because during sign up at the said portal, special characters were not allowed. Now there is a mismatch in my NOA and my account at the portal. I am now unable to to register for the physicians oathtaking because of this. 

I hope that my concern be taken care of before the online registration deadline tomorrow.
