Good day. May I respectfully request assistance from your good office for the rescheduling of my appointment for the renewal of my Licenses. As a brief background, my appointment date is supposedly on June 10, 2021 at Robinsons Galleria, however, I was not able to show up on my scheduled appointment due to unavailability of public transportation in my place going to Manila. I apologize for not informing you in advance of this matter and I hope that you will consider the payments I made amounting to 1,620 pesos for my 2 licenses.
