Hi Maam/Sir,
I am currently working overseas(OFW) and was doing an online renewal transaction last May 19,2022 when the birthdate was mistyped instead of 06/25/1989 it appeared 01/06/1989 and I cannot edit it online.
I emailed technicalassistance@prc.gov.ph several times and had filed a feedback at https://crms.prc.gov.ph/ with ticket 0F5CJFFI.But I never receive any respond.
I am rushing this because my PRC needs to be renewed before June 25,2022.
Please help me of what to do about this matter.

My Birth date has been corrected today and I was be able to book an appointment for renewal on Monday.
